Paola Iuspa-Abbott

Paola, a business reporter for 15 years, possesses a detailed understanding of legal, real estate and financial markets. Her comprehension of current media industry trends and her professional connections with reporters and editors in newsrooms continually enables her clients to gain a competitive edge in strategic media opportunities. Paola’s clients are regularly featured in the Wall Street Journal, NBC News, NPR, Bloomberg, Law360, Corporate Counsel, The Miami Herald, The South Florida Sun-Sentinel, The Palm Beach Post, The Daily Business Review, The South Florida Business Journal, GlobeSt, The Real Deal, Multi-Housing News, Commercial Executive and many others.

A bicultural and bilingual background enables Paola to develop relationships with newsrooms and social media outlets throughout the Spanish-speaking media market. Her ability to develop pitches that are culturally sensitive to the Latin America audience has gained her the respect of editors and reporters from multiple regions of the world.

An award-winning journalist, Paola has written for the Daily Business Review, South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Miami Herald, South Florida Business Journal, Louisville Courier Journal and Miami Today. The Real Deal, Bankrate.com, AVENUE, South Florida Business & Wealth and many others have also featured her work.  She earned a degree in Communications from Florida International University.

Jessica Forres

Jessica Forres is a public relations professional with experience managing media relations, marketing and social media initiatives for law firms, real estate companies, private equity funds, nonprofits and startups. Previously with Miami-based Schwartz Media Strategies, Jessica managed and supported Fortune 500 commercial real estate firm JLL, Miami-based law firm Bilzin Sumberg, The Florida Bar, real estate investment firm 13th Floor Investments, Pipeline Workspaces and Chile’s Atton Brickell hotel.

Formerly, Jessica worked in media relations and communications for a number of social and environmental international NGOs, including Oxfam America, the World Resources Institute and the Environmental Investigation Agency. She began her career as a reporter for Washington, D.C.’s local NPR station and Public Education Center’s Natural Resources News Service.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from George Washington University, where she studied International Affairs with a concentration in International Politics.

Courtney Moberley

Courtney recently graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a concentration in Business Management. Courtney specializes in social media content curation and strategy, website creation and maintenance, blog writing and AP Style editing.

By working at The Pillars Hotel, Courtney received valuable experience in the hospitality industry, including practical experience in relations to coworkers, outside companies and potential clients. Additionally, her work as Gamma Phi Beta’s Preference Day Chairwoman afforded the opportunity to plan an event from start to finish, including contacting vendors, arranging deliveries and coordinating speakers.
